What People Say

“Hi Rachel,

The Guided Meditations are GREAT! I love listening to them, and I believe they are helping me.”

Thank you Rachel, that makes a lot of sense. I just started meditating so right now I try to keep my mind blank and just focus on breathing. I’m hoping in time that I will be able to clear my mind without even really concentrating on it so that I will be able to go into it with a question and be open to getting answers.

“I came to your site because I’ve never meditated before and didn’t know where to start or how. I have had trouble sleeping as well as intense pain from back and neck injuries.
I have been using the downloaded meditations, report, etc.. The meditations have greatly reduced my pain and I’m sleeping without medications.
This is awesome!

Thank you Rachel.
I’ve listened to a few meditations so far and they are beautifully done.
I would be happy to pass this information along to those who are having difficulty meditating.
Thanks for being out there.”

Hi Rachel,
I downloaded all the meditations, and so far, have listened to the “slimmer you” one and the relaxation one. I loved both of them. I am going to have to buy an MP3 player so that I won’t have to sit at the computer to listen to them, though. I’m sure it will be really worth it! Thanks so much,
Deborah

Hi Rachel,
Last night my husband listen to one of the guided meditations, and he was amazed that 20 minutes had actually passed during the listening. He was quite impressed!

“Rachel,
I like your report.
I meditate. I have studied Zen under Dr. Robert Fehr; I have taken Transcendental Meditation from Buddhist monks; I have practiced with followers of Sri Chinmoy.
You reminded me of the key point I have been missing, regular practice. My most comfortable position is lying down, but I was previously told this was not true meditation. I have injuries that prevent me from assuming the ‘lotus’ position, or kneeling. You have restored my confidence in and practice of meditation. Thank you!
I will next be looking at the guided meditations, first I want my practice pattern re-established. Thanks again!”

“Oh, I’m happy to give my feedback. It was all presented very clearly & simply. It’s good foundation to get started. I’m impressed w/ your entrepreneurship at such a young age, too. You will do well. Good work. Aloha.”

“Hi Rachel.
I read the document that you allowed me to download. I saw many things describing the benefits of meditation. Benefits I could expect physically, emotionally, etc. The tips you gave for meditating were not as helpful to me. The idea of breathing in the light and exhaling the smoke and knowing, etc. are nice things to focus on and concentrate on when meditating. I’ve been trained in meditation and I have incorporated a couple of your techniques in my practice. So, I thank you for that.”

“Hi Rachel,
I read it and thought it was good. I am a Buddhist and I chant Nam Myoho Renge Kyo.”

Your findings are wonderful, accurate, encouraging, elevating to know oneself and guide onself for a better tomorrow. Thank you very much.
With regards”

The meditation report was excellent. The importance of meditation was well stated. The instructions on how to meditate were simple, straight forward and easy to follow. Thanks for the useful and helpful information. I was impressed enough that I am forwarding the information to a friend. Thanks again.

“Dear Rachel,
Thank you for the free guide. I am at the point where I am restless and tense, it is hard for me to truly relax. I am convinced that meditation will be helpful. I want to live a more holistic life but old habits die hard.
Anyway, several years ago I bought Gael Chiarella’s “Meditations for Emotional Freedom” and your guide got me to FINALLY get to it. I have been using it to help me get to sleep, although I know that is not meditation’s ultimate purpose. I am just getting my feet wet! Some of it is a bit esoteric, and some has been helpful.
I can’t imagine meditating without a guide, but I do not like guided imagery. My mind wanders. I like concentrating on my mind and body, within. Perhaps I will investigate your CDs at a later time.

“Hi, sorry you haven’t heard from me. Internet bill has been a problem. I’ve looked over the report and I love it! its the easiest manual I’ve used and has a lot of useful tips, especially on the “quite your mind”. it was very in depth, some people look for their info such as chakra work, and sometimes its easier for new people to use tranquil music or aromatherapy( insence and so on). great job, and love it! Peace and love, chris”

“Hey to you Rachel!
I have been doing just about great here in East Texas. I am going through a divorce and the meditation tapes that I ordered from you have kept me from loosing my mind. I am still having troubles getting into the state I want to get to, but I am slowly getting there. Thanks so much for the mediation programs because they have been a very big help to me.

“Dear Rachel,
I very much liked your meditation guide and think that it will help. I would not be one of the typical people that most people would think that would try this. I’m a vet that has seen all that combat has to offer. I’m divorced and have custody of my 7 year old son that has adhd & autism. For me it has relaxed me but it’s early yet. If it works good for me I plan to take it to the next level & include my son in it. He alway’s likes doing everything that I do. Thanks.”

Your findings are wonderful, accurate, encouraging, elevating to know oneself and guide oneself for a better tomorrow. Thank you very much. With regards!

“Rachel,
Yes, I read the guide and am quite interested. I have contemplating doing meditation for some years now, but have not taken it up. I liked the report because I found it to be concise and informative. Your recommendation about visualizing the white light and black smoke is a good one and one which I will try when I start this weekend. I am very interested in getting the guided meditation as it sounds like an easier approach but I would like to try the basic method first. I will let you know how it goes next week. By then I will probably have some questions. Thanks very much for your interest – I will write again soon.

“PEACE IN THE MIDST OF STORMS
I have been meditating for many years and on several occasions I have taught meditation classes. I can honestly say that I have never heard or experienced guided imagery anywhere as beautiful and as effective as what Rachel offers to us. It seems so clear that as the meditations were formulated meditation was actually taking place as these gems evolved. No details are left out. The sounds are so realistic one would swear they were truly in the meditation. Each imagery is composed with the movements being in perfect order of reality – another indication of composition while meditating.

Rachel is making a genuine contribution to the well-being of everyone going through difficult times and to those who just meditate as a force of habit. She is also a generous Spirit in that she is willing to help those of us who are in helping professions that aid and benefit others. Give yourself a gift. There is absolutely nothing to lose and everything to gain. The price does not come close to the value of what you will receive.
RACHEL: I am so excited that more meditations and literature are on the way!!!!!”

Hi Rachel,
Everything you said makes sense, you summarize the benefits of meditation very well. I guess the key is doing it and making it part of your daily routine and I assume that the cd’s you sell are supposed to really help and make the process of meditations easier” right?
Thanks!

“Hi I am so sorry I didn’t know you wanted me to give you feedback. Yes I thought it was great, and I’m looking for the next one.”

Dear Rachel,
Thank you for your report! It was an easy and simple read which I really like. I can feel the love you have inside! I don’t have any questions right now as all the answers will come in time.
Yes, I am convinced that meditation is important after reading your book. Thanks again!”

“Hi Rachel,
I finally got the time to sit and read the information you sent. I liked very much because I thought it was very clear, concise and void of all that fancy mystical jargon. Thank you very much for your interest and care.”

“I think the meditation guide was simply perfect, it helped introduce me into meditating. All of my questions were answered with detail. This guide helped me really get into the mind frame of what mediation is and how it is done.
Thank you so much for opening my eyes to meditation.”

“Hi, sorry for being late replying you.. My internet connection has been distracted a week ago.. The system was enhancing the service.. Meditation is great and I am about to start practicing it and make it one of my routine.. Your meditation report is awesome.. Thanks a lot for that.. Have a nice day..”

“Rachel,

Now I thing need patience to practice every day, just like you said it is not a magic. When I have question in my meditate journey can I ask your help?”

“Thanks for sharing your experience with me. I’m going through many things you described from when you where a beginner and that helps a lot. It fuels my persistence.
I was wondering if I use this binaural beats, will I have any trouble when I try to meditate without it.
Best regards”

“Hi Rachel,
I had my first meditation session on this morning and it went great. Thank you so much for this guideline and this will become a part of my daily living. I do have one question and that is am I to focus on a specific need or desire that I have or just to clear my mind? Thank you so much.
Thanks, I just started meditating and your report has helped me, thank you.”

“Hello Rachel,
I have to say that your Meditation report was very informative. In the upcoming New Year I plan to put Meditation into my schedule as I see the benefits of doing so.
Thanks”

“Good Day Rachel – Thank you for sending the free download very intriguing! I appreciate you taking the time to reply asap! How long have u been providing ur services? That’s very selfless of you! Thanks again.”

“I think you’ve done a really great job. I am on a spiritual path that the majority do not tread – yet the information you provided still applied to me.
Hail and Regards”

“The information was very helpful. I have several personal issues at this time and the information I got from your meditation instruction has been helpful at keeping me focused on the things in life. I can still do while I am still here. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!”

“Hi Rachel,
Thank you for the free guide on meditation and its many benefits. I read through the whole thing and I am trying it out. So far I love the many health benefits of meditation. Thank you for all your support and information about meditation. I know I will continue to reap the benefits of meditation. Thank you so much Rachel for everything. I am grateful. =)”

“Hi Rachel,
Your report is very informative, upbeat, and to the point. It is a very sensible introduction to meditation. Of course I cannot speak for anybody else, but the lotus position is very uncomfortable for me and for a long time I experimented with pillows and postures and such. Then it occurred to me, that I (my ego) had a goal, namely to become a meditator, a perfect meditator. But meditation should be the letting go, the listening to the silence, it is not to achieve something. The voice of God is silence. I don’t want to sound condescending, I went through the many stages of preparing for meditation, and guidance, music, scents and such are very good to quieten, but to me to sit in silence in a small sauna in the dark with my forefinger and thumb touching, so I can feel the energy, seems to give me the most peace.
Again, I enjoyed your report very much and found quite a few truth in it, you know the moment when you hear or read something and you get that eureka moment.
Namaste”

“HI Rachel,
I rely enjoyed it I am going to download the on mp3 today and pay with amex.”

“Hi Rachel,
I did finally get a chance to read the report and found it to be very interesting. My wife and I are planning to start a period of meditation and as we both have said, getting the mind to empty of thoughts will be the biggest challenge. We both manage a motel and the stress and hours put in flood our ever waking thought as well as our sleep patterns at night. Is there a means of blocking those thoughts, especially at night so we can find the inner? Peace?
Outside of that, we are looking forward to more advice and getting started.
Thanks”

“Greetings,
Thanks for the info.. I’m sure this will really help me.. Looking for more info. re: meditation for health-which I am really interested with.”

“Dear Rachel,
First thank you for your reply.
I have tried what you have suggested and it feels really great and relaxed thank you for your help.
Thanks and regards”

“Rachel, the report was very helpful. It addressed a lot of the concerns I’ve had and I actually had one of my best meditations after reading it. I’ve felt that I wasn’t doing it right and I’ve felt that something was somehow missing, but much of what you said made sense to me. I have a hard time staying focused and then I get frustrated, but I’m learning to persevere and relax. I think that is key. The whole point is to relax, but that is hard to do when your worrying that you are doing it wrong. LOL
Your light and smoke meditation was particularly helpful to me. I’m anxious to do a guided meditation now. I’m sure that, that will help me even more as far as staying focused. I may have questions as things progress, but for now you have helped me tremendously.
Thank you,”

“Dear Rachel,
Your meditation report is fabulous! I’m a novice and have been meditating for a couple of years. My down fall is consistency and the turmoil of every day life. Specifically claiming routine time for my self I’m always looking for information. I have used guided meditations and will soon try yours out. Thank you”

“Dear Rachel,
I’m sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner. I want to thank you and I’m glad I found your site. I found your download most helpful and I ordered this information for myself and my mother who has high blood pressure. I know the power behind meditation, but the world (and school) don’t help. Please stay in touch.
By grace alone”

“Pretty good information, thanks. I found it fairly helpful and more simplified than the big workbook on insight meditation I’ve been reading.”

“Thanks for your info and support. The guide will be of good assistance to someone beginning.”

“Thanks, good report. I am strengthening my mediumship abilities through meditation so found the report quite good.”

“Hi Rachel,
Your meditation report is really great. I am very new to meditation, still in the process of getting my mind to be quiet and slow down, that’s tough some times. I wish I would have know about meditation Years Ago.
It would have benefited me a lot in life. I still haven’t figured out how to stay focused on what I want to stay focused on, sometimes it’s like another thought jumps in and takes it’s place over what I was focusing on, and kind of leaves me with a confused feeling. (Wondering what happened.) I really don’t know if it’s normal or not.
I really do want to get the guided meditations, it will be next month before I can get them, as long as the price stays affordable like it is now.
I am convinced that meditation is an important part of life now. All I have to do is work on staying focused.
Thank You So Much for your report. It is very helpful and motivational and inspiring.”

“Rachel,
You are so sweet and kind. We know how things happen for a reason, and I was led to you. I will request you on Facebook. By the way, your meditation guides are phenomenal.”

“Hi Rachel,
I really enjoyed your meditation report. It is well thought-out and complete. It answered all my questions and some I hadn’t thought of.
I was left knowing what I wanted and how I wanted to proceed. Great job.

I tried a guided meditation also. It was wonderful, I felt as if I were taken to a new place, transformed and relaxed, refreshed and renewed.
Thank you so much”

“Yes, from what I read, I was pleased, in that it responded with positive information. I have not downloaded it yet. I already do some yoga, but not enough. I was taught some by an Indian priest who was an associate pastor at our Church a few years ago. I retained some of it, which is what I do at home. I am looking forward to downloading the info from you and reading about it. Also, will find a yoga class here in Baton Rouge.
Thanks!”

“Rachel,
I am sorry it has taken me so long to respond, but it took me a while to download the meditations onto my Pod. I’m not the most tech savvy person on the planet!
As I suspected, the guided meditations are wonderful! They are providing the calming effect on my mind that I have been searching for. I also believe they will help me achieve my weight loss goals, assist me in becoming more motivated to exercise more regularly, and they will help me focus on my career ambitions. I’ve always thought meditation was essential to balancing a chaotic life, but now I’m ready to prove my suspicions with action and dedication to the meditation process.
I’m glad I found your website. Thank you for providing this service and for the encouragement you give to those of us struggling to balance the stresses of daily life.

“I have read it in my class couple of minutes ago.
I must say that this report is a great work and if I where a teacher I would give you 100%.
I have some experiences with meditation but for a short time. l did stop practicing but now I am on my way back to the top. The reason why or how I had your shart it is because I wanted to be has deep has I was in my meditation before. l found yours to help me out with my questions and I am seriously sure that it is not a coincidence. My believe in life is more far than I can explain. I will not talk about my life instead you want too keep in touch with me so we can help each other to progress in life through assencion. Like I said (sorry) in my life I had a great experience in a lot of things like; precognition, premonition, sense of feelling, etc,.
It would be nice to keep talking with you went you have time ’cause I feel some kind or something special within you. l just let my sense of feeling telling me this, I am sure you are a very kind person and always care for other people and try to help. you have sometime had bad experience with certain person but always been able to put you back on the track. hi energy guide you trough life and let them be.
Tell me if I am wrong about this.
With love and sincerely yours.
PS: sorry for my English I am a French guy from Canada”

“I think the guide was wonderful, unfortunately I’m unable to purchase the meditations at this time. I’m going to keep this in my INBOX so I can access them when the money is available to me. The guide was outstanding. I’m looking forward to purchasing the meditations!! Thank you. Namaste’”

“Hi Rachel,
I am really enjoying the guided meditations, they are great. I tried a sample of the binaural beats.
It was pretty cool, they said the downloads from the store are even better.
So far things are going great. Thanks so much. Take Care”

“Rachel,
I downloaded the meditations last night to my ipod. I tried the falling asleep meditation after listening to it, I fell asleep!!! On my way to work & from work (I take the subway an hour each way) I listened to more of the meditations & I can honestly say they were very soothing. I sometimes have a hard time meditating because I can’t keep my mind focused on one thing because of my anxiety disorder, I have too many things going on in my mind, but for some reason with your technique it was actually easier to focus. I was concentrating on what it was saying and picturing it also as if I were right there.
So far so good for me, I’m off to bed now & I can’t wait to listen to the falling asleep meditation!!!! I hope my input helps.
With much gratitude your new friend,
PS. I will keep you posted!”

“I did get a chance to listen to some of it. I love the music used and the voice is very well put together. I did listen to them and work at the same time though. Believe it or not, they still helped BUNCHES. I think they are well done, and wise investment on my part. Keep up the good work!!! Thanks,”

“Hello Rachel,
I will start with some of my background and why I see meditation as a possible help to my body and mind. I have a chronic undiagnosable digestive disorder that has been with me since the teenage years. I have been using drugs to control it but have been finding that the drugs I have been using were not working. As a result I developed a monkey on my back. I am just recently through an opiate withdrawal and it helped me realize that I must do something different if I truly want to heal myself my mental and physical wellbeing had deteriorated to crisis level.
I am in the process of trying to use my mind to heal thyself as the syndrome I have appears to be directly connected to my mental state. Without drugs to cloud my problems I found that anger was also a major problem. It has been a hard journey to finally realize that drugs only become a problem that adds to my already existing problems and true healing can only come from myself.
I found your guide helpful as is strengthened what I have already heard and read on meditation. The part that helped with my breathing exercises was your visualizations techniques. I have been doing a my meditations by paying attention to my breath and have been teaching myself to visualization at the same time. Your guide has helped me do that. You are very right when you say meditation is hard and almost every time I meditate through breathe I fall asleep. I am new to this and see that I have much to learn but even now see faint glimmerings that I am on the right path. As someone once said “every great journey starts with a small step” if I keep this in mind it will help me keep stepping even after a relapse.
Keep up the good work and I wish you well in your Endeavour’s.”

“Hi Rachel,
By far I love your guided meditations, because it guides you through the meditation which helps you concentrate on what the voice is telling you what to do & your mind isn’t on anything else. I listen to them everyday, & every night I have to listen to the falling asleep meditation. Thank you so much for these guided meditation techniques; it has helped me a lot. I’ll keep you up to date on my status.
Thanks for being such a caring person!!! Love,”

“Thanks Rachel for sending me that mediation. I tried it out and I did order the package (under my other internet account. I really appreciate that you answered my e-mail and gave me a free sample. Thanks again. So far I’ve had good results with it!”

“Dear Rachel,
I’m sorry it’s taken me a while to get back to you. Life got a little complicated, but I’ve been meditating and using the recordings and I have been happy. Thank you so much for the music. It really is inspirational.

“Hi Rachel.
I just got my first chance to read your free Guide late last evening.
I enjoyed it, and clearly sense your joy in meditation, and commend you for turning your joy into a business! (This is a dream I’ve had for 3 years, but haven’t found the courage to let go of the security of the lucrative paycheck I get from my unfulfilling current job, and take that leap to work more joyfully).”
